Political Fundraiser for Ranjiv Khush, MMWD Director
On December 17 at 6 p.m. in San Anselmo, we have an opportunity to support an important candidate in the upcoming 2026 Marin Municipal Water District Board election race. Ranjiv Khush is running for re-election in the Fairfax, San Anselmo, Kentfield, San Geronimo Valley area. As a Board member, Ranjiv’s been a super supporter of our cause to get new trails since joining the MMWD Board in 2022. He has voted numerous times in support of mountain bikes on single-track trails on the watershed, including the most recent Board vote to kick off an update to the District’s Road and Trail Management Plan to add mountain biking on trails within the watershed.
This is our chance to help him kick off his campaign with financial support from Mountain Bikers.
You are invited because we think you care about the future of mountain biking on Mt. Tam watershed trails, and that you wish to support getting pro-mountain bike candidates elected. At this event, you’ll have an opportunity to interact directly with Ranjiv and hear his thoughts on mountain biking on watershed lands. We want to stress that this event is just for mountain bikers, and we don't get this chance very often to have a group of us interact with a candidate in a safe space. If you know of someone who you think would give to this candidate, please pass this information to them as well.
