Marin County Board of Supervisors Endorsements
Not sure about which District you’re in? Take a look at Marin County’s Board of Supervisors District Map.
District 1 - Mary Sackett
The Marin County Board of Supervisors District 1 includes the majority of the City of San Rafael and the unincorporated communities of Lucas Valley, Marinwood, and Santa Venetia.
Access4Bikes Votes endorses the re-election of Mary Sackett for Supervisor in District 1. Mary has been a strong ally of the cycling community since taking office in 2022. She is passionate about environmental stewardship and outdoor recreation, and has prioritized closing gaps in Marin's bicycle and pedestrian networks as part of her Vision Zero commitment. She serves on the Transportation Authority of Marin, the Great Redwood Trail Agency, and the Special Committee on Youth E-bike Safety — boards where decisions directly shape the future of cycling infrastructure across the county. Mary has also been a steadfast champion of spending Measure A funds to improve access to Marin's open space parklands for all users. For these reasons, we urge our members and supporters to vote to re-elect Mary Sackett on June 2.
District 5 - Magali Limeta
The Marin County Board of Supervisors District 5 covers the majority of the City of Novato and surrounding unincorporated communities including Bel Marin Keys, Black Point, and Indian Valley.
Access4Bikes Votes endorses Magali Limeta for Supervisor in District 5. Magali is a lifelong Novato resident and current Novato Unified School District Board President with 14 years of healthcare management experience. She has demonstrated a commitment to responsible stewardship of public resources and to community infrastructure — both essential qualities for a Supervisor who will oversee spending on parks, open space, and transportation. District 5 includes key access points and trail networks that matter deeply to our riding community in northern Marin. We are confident that Magali will listen to cyclists and outdoor recreation advocates and work to ensure that the County's open space investments include equitable access for all users. We urge our members and supporters to vote for Magali Limeta on June 2.
